The following procedures must be performed by the fellow himself (1/3) or as first assistant(2/3):

• 25 lumbar degen himself or first assistance
• 5 lumbar discs
• 10 cervical degen himself or assistance
• 5 cervical discs
• 10 scoli kyphosis deformities first assist or himself
• 5 spondy adolescent
• 10 thoraco lumbar trauma
• 5 cervical trauma
• 5 tumors and infections
• 10 vertebroplasty or kyphoplasty
• 10 miscellaneous (occipital cervical deformities, metal removal, …)
